Coffee culture in Paris streets

The poetic of  Paris not only in reflects through luxury restaurants but also in the magnificent casual cafe on the corner streets.

Paris in the eyes of locals and visitors is a magnificent and romantic city, with the luxury restaurant chain which is luxury A class with renowned cuisine. However the beauty of Paris cuisine lies not only in the gleaming silver cutlery on the table, but in every corner of the land of love, tiny outdoor cafe shop.

Paris City has a very special structure with multiple junction, intersection, and at every street corner cafes often have beautiful baby "field" with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, menu chalkboard ... all outdoors. The cafe is usually located just outside the old house or an upscale restaurant.

Coffee shops are eye-catching from the lovely little details such as the beautiful curved chairs, white tablecloths embroidery or delicate stripes, cups and cutlery and heaps of fresh flowers around and inside the shops.

The menu in coffee shops in Paris have always been the gentle, elegant, exquisite in color and flavor as the main form of cuisine that are there. Hemingway once praised Paris with a very brief statement: "There are only two places in the world can make us happy, and it is our home and another place is Paris."

Top 3 Coffee shops in Sydney

So I myself enjoy great coffee and get super excited when I find a great coffee shop so I thought I'd share with everyone my top 3 favourites in Sydney;

So starting with number 3 on my list is Double Roasters in Marrikville,

This little cafe was started by a few guys who were just super passionate about good coffee, and it lives up to all expectations, they also roast their own coffee on site and is available to purchase.

Next up is number 2; Gusto Espresso Bar in Bondi Junction

I love these guys, not only do they fix my work coffee cravings with a perfect coffee but theyre super nice, remembering my name and order from day one. If youre ever in Bondi Junction I definitely suggest you give them a try.

And finally coming in at my favourite coffee shop in sydney number 1 is; Mecca Espresso on Harris Street in Ultimo

These guys LOVE coffee, they live it and breathe it. They have a continually changing single origin menu to choose from and theyre happy to tell you all about their latest options. They also bag up their single origin stuff and sell it too, as a regular customer I can vouch for the quality. Theyre just down from the ABC building which is right near central station, for anyone who appreciates great coffee, this place is a must.

Happy Coffee Drinking :)

Recipes for pure delicious coffee

In food, any food or drinks that are good to have something very specific processing. The brew a delicious cup of coffee is no exception. According to my experience. For a delicious cup of coffee, here are a few ways pure coffee best:

1. Raw materials and supplies necessary :

         a. Natural coffee (PURIO is a pure brand of coffee that you can not not care).

         b. Aluminum drip coffee filter is best

         c. Boiling Kettle

         d. Water (do not use bottled water)

2. Put pure coffee powder into the filter with an amount by 5/10 or 6/10 of the filter.

3. Gently shake the filter by hand and close the lid. Remember to use light pressure, strong pressure cause clogged, coffee will flow out quickly and not enought concentration. You may not need to pour boiling water over the lid, you can gently pour boiling water directly into the coffee powder in the filter.

4. Use 95-100 Celcius degrees boiling water. The way the filling: gently pouring by circles, from outside to inside

5. Cover and wait, pure coffee powder should have a suction and osmotic boiling water to bloom up. The water should initially not drip coffee filter right down, then 2 minute coffee will flow continuously drop down cups.

The difference between a latte and a cappuccino

To enhance the appeal and make things stimulant drinks with this wonderful being boring, the Italians have invented many different types of drinks, including great and more popular is the hot item , Cappuccino or Latte .... So what is the difference between the two drinks!? Cappuccino and Latte is a delicious beverage with ingredients and raw materials is the same, including the first one is perfect Espresso coffee next to the milk was heated by steam with a minimum temperature 600C and 700C from the highest coffee makers and finally the milk foam, a foam things can not be so impeccably smooth, aromatic and juicy in the mouth. So where is the difference!?

For Cappuccino: For this dish hot drink first thing we need is a proper cup size, the cup mouth must be thick to keep the coffee hot for a long time. Separation used to have a capacity of 150 - 180ml. The latter is the most important component of this drink is "milk powder" aka Thick Foam to 2 - 3 cm and the split ratio Cappuccino little milk is about 90ml 180ml cup if using. Approximately 45 - 60ml milk 150ml hot cup if using. Cappuccino is traditionally flavored with cocoa or chocolate is sprinkled bartenders thick foam and fat that.

For Latte: Cappuccino Just like we need to have a cup of thick and mouth must have a capacity of 200 - 250 ml or more than 300ml. Foam Latte milk only from 0.5 to 1 cm thick is called "Crème" and hot milk twice Cappuccino. And for Latte coffee bartenders usually make one or more art forms and new Latte shake only the more sophisticated form there.
So when you see the Cappuccino drink caffeine Latte lot darker and greasy taste of really thick foam stuff anymore. And Latte while enjoying this drink is almost just enjoy the milk and a little crème layer of fat, this drink a lot less of caffeine.
